By submitting this form, the above-named player is expressing interest in being considered to play on the Diamond Club team during the 2011 baseball season. As parents, we understand that, if accepted to play:

He/She must sign-up and play in Germantown Little League.

We will be responsible for tournament fees, insurance, uniform cost and player participation fees, which will range from $150 - $200, depending on the number of tournaments entered. In general, younger teams will play 3 – 4 tournaments, while older teams
may play up to 5 or more.

That baseball (fastpitch for girls) will take precedence over any other
sports during the season (April thru July).

He/she will be available to attend team practices from April thru July, held no more than once per week and these practices do not conflict with LL practices or games. Optional indoor practices, with no obligation for the player to attend, may also start indoors as early as late Fall or early Winter.

As parents, we understand we are committing to help with concessions and or field duties during the GTDC Memorial Day Weekend tournament (boys) or Summer Night Lights tournament (girls), the Club’s primary source of income and that additional fees may be assessed by the Club for our failure to help.

As a parent of a player in 5th grade or older, I will bring a check for $100.00 payable to GTDC to the evaluation day. I understand it will be returned to me should my son not make the team. If he is invited to play, I understand it is non-refundable and will be applied to his/her player fees for next season.

Boys Schedule
8th graders (U14) - Sunday, September 19th, 12:45pm - 3:00pm, Little League concession stand
7th graders (U13) - Sunday, September 19th, 3:15pm - 5:30pm, Little League concession stand
6th graders (U12) - Sunday, September 12th, 3:15pm - 5:30pm, Firemen's Park concession stand
5th graders (U11) - Sunday, September 12th, 11:45am - 2:00pm, Little League concession stand
4th graders (U10) - Sunday, September 12th, 8:45am - 11:00am, Little League concession stand
3rd graders (U9) - Sunday, September 19th, 8:45am - 12:00pm, Little League concession stand
2nd graders (U9) - Sunday, September 19th, 8:45am - 12:00pm, Little League concession stand
My son is not able to make his scheduled evaluation day, but does want to be considered for a Diamond Club team. Please keep me informed if a makeup day is need or re-scheduled.
